Sends e-mail To Substitute

Providing a logical approach to substitute teacher coordination.

Once a teacher requests a day off, a "job-offer e-mail" is sent immediately to the first person on the teacher's pyramid. The website will then e-mail job openings to the next person on the "pyramid" based on a calculated interval of time. This time interval might be as short as ten minutes or as long as a couple of days. Near future jobs will have short intervals. Distant future jobs will have a larger interval giving the substititutes at the top of the pyramid a better chance at confirming the job. All substitutes are immediately e-mailed when requests are placed within twenty hours to the start of the shift.
